Wellsboro local artist Heather Mee has finally picked up her brushes again and produced this heart warming water color of Wynken, Blynken and Nod setting sail under a laughing moon in their wooden shoe.  Her inspiration for the watercolor is the  beautiful bronze fountain of "Wynken Blynken and Nod" located on the "Green" in the quaint little gas-lit town of Wellsboro, PA.  The fountain depicts the famous poem "Wynken, Blynken and Nod" penned by American poet Eugene Field and published on March 9, 1889.

The entire poem is printed on the inside fold.  The inside of the card also provides a large area to pen your own poem or note over top of a watermark of the watercolor.

The cards are professionally printed on high quality matte stock and include a beautiful metallic pearl envelope.  The cards are 5"x7" and have the complete Wynken, Blynken & Nod poem watermarked on the inside.  Each pack contains 10 cards and envelopes, and are tied with jute and a wooden Wellsboro Woodlands tag, making the cards a perfect, useful holiday gift.
